Shelling Adventures on Sanibel & Captiva

⏱ [Duration]👥 [Max guests]$ [Price]⚓ [Departure]

The barrier islands of Southwest Florida are known for shelling because of how they sit against the Gulf, catching what the tides carry in. We run to the quiet stretches only reachable by shallow boat.

Your captain reads the tide and picks the beach for that morning. You wade, wander, and fill your bag. We handle the boat.

Trip FAQ

Live shelling is prohibited in Lee County; empty shells are yours to keep. Your captain will show you the difference.
How much walking is involved?
As much or as little as you like. The beach is right off the bow.
Can we shell in the rain?
Light rain, yes. Lightning or high wind, we reschedule — see our weather policy.
